Orders ship between 3-7 business days with USPS. Shipping time will depend if you choose Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
Fine art prints are printed in house and to order. If you have any concerns on when your order will arrive please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes I do! I'm currently in the process of setting up International shipping here on my website, so please place your order through my shop on Etsy.
Lost/damaged packages
Damage - From time to time packages get lost or damaged when they are in the hands of USPS. We do everything to ensure your package will arrive safely but sadly sometimes they are not handled with care. We will happily replace any damaged products, so please contact us and we will request a photo.
Lost - If you suspect your package is lost we ask to please give 7 days since the last tracking update to reach out. Most time they are still en route and just need a little extra time, even if it is marked as delivered early. Thank you!
Can I change my address?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet we can change your address, please immediately reach out on the contact form with your order number. If your order has already been shipped unfortunately there is nothing we can do to to change it.
Can you make custom size prints?
Yes, with some exceptions! The largest I can print is 16x20. I can do other sizes such as 4x6 or 12x16. If you have a special sized frame thats not a standard frame size I can also possibly accomodate that. For a special custom size there will be an added fee for the setup involved.
If you would like a custom size print feel free to contact me!
What medium do you use?
I use gouache paint for almost all of my paintings. It works similarly to acrylic and watercolor, and has a matte finish. There are a couple of exceptions of paintings I did with oil in 2020.
AI is never used in the creation of my artwork.
Do you sell in person?
I sell my art in person at the Oddities & Curiosities Expo. Check out the cities I will be attending in 2025 here! There are also a couple of other shops that carry my artwork -
Northwest Art & Frame - Seattle, WA
Dippy Fun - Seattle, WA
COVEN - Salem, MA
Leroy's Place - Brooklyn, NY & New Orleans, LA
Obscurity Shop - Saint John, NB, Canada
I am currently taking on new wholesale clients
Do you take commissions?
I appreciate your interest but I do not take any commissions or custom work.
You can contact me regarding professional inquiries such as big projects, gallery shows or events.
Return & Exchange Policy?
We do not offer any returns. The only exception is forapparel. Please contact us within 7 dates of delivery for an exchange.
Can I get your art tattooed?
I'm so honored that you'd be interested! Yes you can. You can purchase a Tattoo Ticket here - this gives my permission that you can share with your tattoo artist. I just ask that both you and the artist tag me @gloomygrove when sharing.
Do you sell digital downloads?
I do not sell any digital downloads at this time. Art theft is very high right now and have to protect my artwork in any way possible. Thank you for understanding!
About
Gloomy Grove
I'm the artist behind the ghost paintings of Gloomy Grove. I fell in love with painting ghosts in 2020 and haven't stopped since. I love to explore the life of a ghost - their journey in the afterlife and what they are seeking. Whether it's their soulmate, a location, or just peace in being alone, I believe they're looking for the meaning of it all just as we are, and trying to find happiness in their journey through the afterlife. The realm between reality and the unknown, and juxtaposing dark and beautiful themes is what really inspires my artwork. My preferred medium is gouache paint.
